[RIVERS]
Os Rios-Testemunha são aqueles que vivem uma experiência que pode ser chamada de catastrófica, do ponto de vista dos rios e dos muitos outros que deles dependem, humanos e não humanos.
Até aqui, escutamos três rios amazônicos: Araguaia, Xingu e Tapajós, cada rio nos exigiu uma escuta distinta. Essas escutas criaram performances, peças de teatro, filmes, artigos em revistas e livros, oficinas, uma rede entre mulheres, rios e arte, a aquisição de um terreno em Altamira - que servirá para fecundar mudas e ideias.
Cada mergulho nos contou que todo rio é uma linguagem.
The Witness Rivers are those who live an experience that can be called catastrophic, from the point of view of the rivers and the many others that depend on them, human and non-human.
So far, we have listened to three Amazonian rivers: Araguaia, Xingu and Tapajós, each river required us to listen differently. These listening sessions created performances, plays, films, articles in magazines and books, workshops, a network between women, rivers and art, the acquisition of land in Altamira - which will serve to fertilize seedlings and ideas.
